Sita records returns once again to deliver you a top quality release, this time from the hands of their brand new member Shivax, introducing his debut album "State of Mind". Hailing from Jerusalem, Israel Yanai Jascourt (aka Shivax) takes you on a trip through his colourful sound palette, oozing with supermelodic influences straight from the Nitzhogoa realm! Deeply entrenched in the Middle-Eastern culture, Shivax' style combines the best of two worlds: both the traditional ethnic music as well as the Nitzhonot-Goa Trance style. This results in a whirlwind of irresistible arabic rhythms, alongside ancient jewish melodies, creating one big psychedelic piece of fun! Another ear-catching feature on this album is Yanai's love for the guitar, which he has been playing for more than 10 years and definitely forms a major part of his signature sound, whether it's used to compose a soft etnic intro or an uptempo power-part. "State OF Mind" is a compilation of the best 10 Shivax tracks up til today, kicking off with a tribute to the famous "Ecstasy Of Gold" tune and ending with a peacful chillout track to bring you back down from a dazzling flight through space. In a succesful effort to further develop and expand the Nitzhogoa genre, this album not only achieves to inject something fresh into the genre, but is also guaranteed to bring everybody together on the same dancefloor with joy, love, & friendship.

To be honest I could have put any number of tracks down as a favourite.I have picked this track as when I first heard it I just had to hear it again.So if you haven't got this triple cd set,which has some excellent artwork with also then you should add it to your collection.Global Sect you know what kicks!
